Turkey Chili – Recipe 

• PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
• 1 pound lean ground turkey
• 3/4 cup chopped yellow onion
• 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt’s® Stewed Tomatoes-No Salt Added, undrained
• 1 can (6 oz each) Hunt’s® Tomato Paste-No Salt Added
• 1 can (16 oz each) dark red kidney beans, undrained
• 1 cup water
• 1 pkg (1.25 oz each) chili seasoning mix
• 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions Spray large saucepan with cooking spray
heat over medium-high heat.
Add turkey and onion
cook 5 minutes or until turkey is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
Add undrained tomatoes; break up with spoon. Add tomato paste, beans, water and chili seasoning mix
stir to combine. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until chili has thickened slightly, stirring occasionally.
Top each serving evenly with cheese.
